The companys sales chart for year 2008 says its domestic sales stood at 19392 as against 12235 in April 07 and also increasing their export figure by an approximate 56 in April 08 with total sales of 20030 vehicles as against 12867 vehicles in last fiscal.
The companies venture with Renault also saw a good raise by selling Logan Indias first wide body car by 1713 units.
MM saw a positive and strong growth with amazing sales numbers and that is the reason. The company further consolidated their leadership position in Utility Vehicles.

The other plans of MM include setting up multibrand service outlets with an investment of Rs 250 crore in next three to five years. The company plans to open 700 multibrand service outlets under the brand name Mahindra First Choice Services Ltd across the country. Initially the company will set up companyowned outlets and gradually they will have franchiseeowned outlets too.
The used car outlets will be also increased from current 67 to 240 in five years and out of this 30 will be superstores offering multiple services. The spare parts division of the company which sold spares of Mahindra vehicles alone will soon start selling spares of other manufacturers too.
